Wavo Voice is built with a simple principle: your data stays on your device. This policy explains what the app accesses and why.
Wavo Voice requests access to your microphone solely to record voice messages. Audio is recorded only when you explicitly tap the record button. Recordings are stored in your device's local temporary storage and are never uploaded to any server.
Wavo Voice does not collect, transmit, or store any personal data on external servers. There are no analytics, no crash reporting services, and no advertising SDKs in the app.
Recordings you create are stored locally on your device. You control what happens to them — you can copy them to the clipboard, attach them to an email via the system Mail app, or simply let them be cleared when the app's temporary storage is reclaimed by iOS. Wavo Voice does not retain copies of your recordings.
When you use the "Send as Email" feature, Wavo Voice opens the system Mail compose sheet pre-filled with your recording as an attachment. This is handled entirely by Apple's Mail framework. Wavo Voice does not access your email account, contacts, or any sent or received messages.
Wavo Voice does not integrate with any third-party analytics, advertising, or data collection services.
Wavo Voice does not knowingly collect any information from children under 13.
If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted here with a revised date.
